Job Summary
SEPPURE Pte Ltd seeks a motivated Engineer to develop membrane technologies for organic solvent nanofiltration. Collaborate with scientists and engineers to create innovative solutions addressing energy and solvent recycling challenges.
Responsibilities
- Support development and optimization of membrane products for industrial filtration and separation applications to enhance performance and durability
- Conduct lab-scale experiments to evaluate membrane performance, durability, and process efficiency for product validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale membrane technologies from laboratory research to pilot and commercial deployment
- Assist in installation and commissioning of membrane processing equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Monitor process performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement process improvements to optimize system efficiency
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for customers by working closely with various stakeholders
- Lead project management activities and coordinate with system fabricators to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, environmental engineering, or related fields
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in process engineering, membrane technology, water treatment, chemical processing, or product development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to process optimization and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Hands-on experience and comfort working in laboratory and industrial environments
- Willingness to travel for on-site customer support and field commissioning activities
