The Human Resource Associate supports daily Human Resources operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative processes to ensure efficient HR service delivery and a positive employee experience.

Recruitment and Onboarding

Assist in job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and applicant screening.

Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.

Facilitate new hire orientation and employment documentation.

HR Operations and Administration

Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR databases.

Assist in attendance monitoring, leave verification, and payroll-related documentation.

Prepare HR reports, update monitoring records, and maintain personnel files.

Assist in developing and improving HR forms, templates, and administrative processes.

Employee Relations and Engagement

Respond to routine employee concerns and coordinate with the appropriate HR personnel when needed.

Assist in employee engagement activities, company events, and internal announcements.

Support the implementation of employee feedback initiatives and workplace programs.

Assist in monitoring attendance compliance and documenting employee concerns.

Learning and Development

Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and communication with participants and training providers.

Assist in facilitating training sessions and employee development activities.

Monitor training attendance and completion of post-training requirements.

Compensation, Benefits, and Offboarding

Assist in employee benefits administration, including HMO enrollment, updates, and deactivation.

Coordinate employee clearance, exit interviews, and offboarding documentation.

Follow up on separation requirements in coordination with concerned departments.

Employee Records and Compliance

Assist in maintaining complete and updated employee documentation.

Support the preparation of HR compliance documents and government-mandated reports.

Ensure the proper handling of confidential employee information and adherence to company policies.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR or administrative experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Knowledge and Skills: Basic knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and benefits administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and record-keeping skills.
