Test Coordinator

What is the purpose of this role? Do you want to contribute to a safer Netherlands with your eye for detail? At Sentyron, you will work on our own high-end security products that are essential to national security, from hardware-based data isolation to cryptographic communication systems that protect our state secrets. As a Test Coordinator, you translate design decisions into concrete validation and ensure that our solutions do what they are supposed to do, even under the highest security requirements.

What will you be doing? You will work closely with our architects and development teams. Your role involves converting architecture input and design documents into structured test plans and validation approaches. You ask the right questions: what is the intention of this system, and how can I demonstrate that it works? You love bringing the right people together at the right time to find complex technical solutions.

• Reading and assessing technical designs and system specifications
• Translating architecture input into concrete test plans and test cases
• Prioritizing and executing bug reports in collaboration with the development teams
• Bridging the gap to all other technical departments
• Validating ideas: what is the intention, and how do you test that demonstrably?
• Working with embedded systems and Linux environments

What do you bring?

• HBO level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical direction
• Minimum 3 years of experience testing complex digital systems
• Experience in drafting test plans and reading technical designs
• Knowledge of Linux environments
• Programming experience in Python, preferably used for test automation
• Good command of English for documentation purposes
• Characteristics: systematic, creative, self-reliant, curious, and collaboration-oriented

Plus:

• Knowledge of Common Criteria (CC) or other certification processes
• Programming experience in C
• Experience with test automation
• Knowledge of applied cryptography
• Proactive attitude in identifying and improving test processes

What can you expect from us?

• A salary between € 60,128 and € 75,160 depending on your experience, including holiday allowance
• Performance bonus
