FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR
Supervise and coordinate daily EDR operations and service activities. Lead, coach, and motivate dining room staff to provide exceptional customer service. Assign staff duties and ensure proper manpower coverage during operating hours and special events. Ensure the dining room is clean, organized, well-presented, and fully prepared for service. Provide professional and personalized service to executives and VIP guests. Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service. Handle guest requests, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally. Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily schedules, reservations, and special requirements. Monitor staff grooming, attendance, performance, and compliance with company standards. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements. Other job-related duties assigned and instructed by the Management
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or any related course. Two (2) to four (4)-year diploma/degree in restaurant, hospitality, or institutional food services management\ At least one (1) year working experience in a restaurant with supervisory role Good interpersonal, math and reporting skills Strong training and leadership skills Flexible and bears a positive attitude Exhibits a customer service attitude Good communication and team management abilities Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends) Must be a very detail-oriented person Able to take initiative and resolve problems without supervision Good analytical, time-management, and problem-solving skills Adheres to safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
