SENS CREATION A.E., a Sales & Marketing company since 2000, is looking for a Client Service executive (full-time).
No previous experience is required, only a willingness to learn and a significant commitment to work.
Position goal: Bridging the needs of our clients with the implementation team, ensuring excellent service, strategic project management, and trust-based relationships.
Main responsibilities
- Managing communication with clients, translating the brief into clear, actionable instructions for the implementation team
- Planning and monitoring schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Finding suitable human resources per project and training promoters
- Creating action plans and supplying points with promotional material
- Physical presence and monitoring at the implementation points of activities (travel by car to stores/locations)
- Drafting reports after the completion of each activity, including the sending of photographic material
Required Qualifications:
- Driver's license holder (essential qualification); daily driving for visits to points of sale is a core part of the position
- Comfort with computers & social media, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (we will train you on the rest)
- Good communication skills, written and oral
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Willingness to learn, organizational skills, and team spirit
