System Analyst (QA Tester)
Who We Are: SENRI Limited is a Japanese ICT Startup. Our mobile-based sales automation system, SENRI, is aiming at changing the way they work at enterprises, and strengthening distribution networks in Africa. Starting from 2015, we have been successful in development of the service and acquisition of customers in Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria and Indonesia, with a multinational team. Role Overview: As a System Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and functionality of mobile and web applications. You will provide technical support to customers and internal teams, assist in developing technical specifications, and contribute to data analysis and dashboard development. This role also includes administrative support to enhance overall system performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance & Testing:
- Plan, execute, and document debugging activities for mobile and web applications.
- Test and evaluate third-party applications and systems for integration.
- Identify and resolve software defects, ensuring optimal performance.
Technical Support:
- Assist the Account Management Team in developing technical specifications, including attending customer meetings and collaborating with internal technical teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues raised by customers in coordination with the Customer Support Team.
- Consult and implement SENRI product setup in collaboration with the Customer Support Team.
- Other administrative Support
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in system analysis, QA testing, or technical support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with web and mobile applications testing.
- Experience with debugging tools and techniques.
- Practical experience in the use of MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel, to manage and analyze data effectively.
