JR. SUPERVISOR (MANAGEMENT TRAINEE)

Learns to oversee daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role involves supporting the bakery manager with administrative tasks, implementing promotional activities, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, ultimately preparing the trainee to manage a bakery's production, finances, and team effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements: An Associate's degree in Culinary Arts or Baking & Pastry, or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management, can be advantageous. Essential for understanding all aspects of bakery operations. Prior experience as an assistant manager, shift leader, or in a similar supervisory role is highly beneficial. Experience in tracking inventory and managing supply Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting for managing bakery finances Ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong ability to resolve issues and work under pressure.
