As we continue to grow, we are looking for a versatile, technically astute Multi-Disciplinary Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer to join our Singapore team. This role bridges front-end engineering design with practical, on-site construction delivery across fast-paced commercial office and technical lab fitouts. The Opportunity This is an integrated engineering role where you will take technical ownership across the entire project lifecycle. You will lead the design and coordination of mechanical (HVAC, fire protection, plumbing) and electrical systems, collaborate seamlessly with interior design and project management teams, and provide active on-site engineering supervision. If you are a proactive problem solver with both consultancy design rigor and contractor-side site execution experience, this role offers real impact, visibility, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end M&E engineering design, load calculations, and equipment selection for commercial workplace and laboratory fitout projects.

Translate client technical requirements into practical, code-compliant schematics and detailed coordinated engineering drawings.

Conduct regular on-site engineering supervision, QA/QC inspections, and verify installations against approved engineering drawings and specifications.

Proactively identify technical clashes, troubleshoot complex site engineering issues, and deliver practical, fast-turnaround solutions on-site.

Collaborate closely with in-house interior designers, construction project managers, client consultants, and trade subcontractors to ensure smooth services integration.

Manage testing and commissioning (T&C) procedures, system balancing, and defect rectifications through to successful project handover.

Liaise with relevant authorities, building management, and landlords to ensure full regulatory and code compliance.

What We’re Looking For Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.

Minimum +8 years of relevant experience across mechanical and electrical engineering, with a proven background in both consultancy (design) and contracting (site execution) .

Demonstrated experience in commercial office fitouts; direct experience with laboratory environments , containment, or specialized ventilation/exhaust systems is a strong advantage.

Hands-on experience in on-site coordination, technical troubleshooting, and sub-contractor supervision.

Strong working knowledge of Singapore codes of practice (SS 553, SS 555, CP 5, Fire Code), BCA requirements, and green building guidelines.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage constructively with clients, consultants, and trade teams.

Collaborative mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to multitask effectively within fast-track design-and-build schedules.
