Series Production Quality Manager (M/F)

We are currently looking for a Series Production Quality Manager (M/F).

POSITION & MISSIONS

Reporting to the QSE & Industrialization Manager, you will be in charge of all Quality activities during the series production phase for our Dourdan site. Your main missions will be:

Drive operational quality

• Guarantee compliance with quality standards and traceability during series production (reception, production, shipping);
• Support team performance (5 - 8 people) and monitor indicators;
• Structure and optimize quality activities;

Guarantee the expected quality level

• Supervise supplier quality: reception inspection, supplier audits, non-conformity management, and FAI validation.
• Ensure internal quality: final inspection, workstation and field audits, metrology, laboratory certifications.
• Manage client relationships on quality matters: delivery files, non-conformity processing, escalation management, deviation requests, etc.;

Promote operational excellence

• Structure processes (NCR processing, part acceptability criteria, traceability);
• Participate in the improvement of our manufacturing processes (scrap analysis, control ranges, etc.);
• Maintain and uphold certifications and qualifications (ISO, Nadcap.).
• Seek standardization/automation of the department's administrative tasks;

IDEAL PROFILE

• Engineering degree (generalist, mechanical, QSE or equivalent);
• Proven experience in an equivalent position (5-10 years) in a demanding industrial environment (e.g., aeronautics, pharmaceutical, automotive, etc.);
• Interest in technical subjects (ideally in metallurgy);
• Rigor, analysis, and structure to support our clients and our company's growth;
• Demonstrated field leadership;
• Proficiency in English;
