Project Quality Engineer M/F

Reporting to the QSE and Industrialization Manager, you are the project quality referent and guarantor of product development compliance, from the expression of needs to series production.

You will manage a portfolio of approximately 5 projects in parallel, with durations ranging from 6 months to 1.5 years.

Your main missions will be:

Project quality management (APQP / equivalent)

• Analyze and transcribe customer requirements: specifications, standards, product qualification, regulatory requirements;
• Participate in gathering customer needs and guarantee their proper consideration at all phases of the project;

• Apply a development quality approach such as APQP or equivalent;
• Define, structure, and manage project quality milestones;

• Be responsible for the validation of deliverables at each stage.

Risk management and product quality assurance

• Perform risk analyses (product/process AMDEC, preventive analyses);
• Define control plans and ensure their deployment;

• Implement and monitor quality indicators (cost / lead time / compliance);
• Identify deviations and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Industrial validation & deliverables

• Manage industrial validation files (DVI);
• Take charge of FAI (First Article Inspection);

• Define documentary and technical requirements at each project stage;
• Ensure the completeness and compliance of delivery files (check-lists, customer and supplier deliverables).

Transversal and customer interface

• Work in close collaboration with the Bureau d'Études, Methods, and Production;
• Be the preferred quality interlocutor for the customer (frequent meetings in English);

• Challenge customer requirements if necessary and support technical interlocutors;
• Contribute to ERP configuration in connection with project objectives;

• Define quality requirements and transmit them to suppliers (Compliance, audit, regulatory requirements).

Continuous improvement & structuring

• Perform statistical analyses and qualify control methods;
• Participate in internal and supplier audits;

• Structure practices to reduce late-detected non-conformities.

With an engineering degree or equivalent, you have solid experience in industrial quality, with a focus on project/development quality.

Experience & skills:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in industry, including at least 2 years in development quality / project quality
• Experience ideally acquired in a structured environment

• Mastery of quality tools: APQP (or equivalent), AMDEC, control plans, FAI, DVI
• Knowledge of aeronautical, space, or automotive environments (strong asset)

• Experience in Built-to-Spec
• Ability to manage several complex projects in parallel

• Good understanding of multi-process environments (machining, welding, treatments, etc.)
• Proficiency in English is essential (regular exchanges with international customers)
