Your tasks

Responsible for overseeing daily store operations, supervising and guiding staff, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets. Maintain store standards, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, monitor staff performance, and support the smooth and efficient operation of the business.

Requirements

• At least 2–5 years of relevant retail or supervisory experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Good organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate daily operational activities.
• Customer-focused and capable of handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Sales-driven, with the ability to meet business targets and performance objectives.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
