Job Description

Assist in sourcing ad hoc materials as per company requirements.

Drive to suppliers' locations or other designated places to purchase or collect items promptly.

Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including purchase orders and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation as needed.

Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including data entry and filing documents.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain the company vehicle in good condition.

Requirements:

Valid Class 3 license with a clean driving record.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in procurement or logistics.

Excellent driving skills and familiarity with local roads and traffic regulations.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Maintain and update ISO / HACCP / BRC documentations
