At eight institutes and five research stations nationwide, scientists from over 40 countries conduct world-class research. Our headquarters is located in the dynamic economic metropolis of Frankfurt am Main in the heart of Germany.

Located east of Berlin, the Senckenberg Deutsche Entomologische Institut (SDEI) is situated on a modern science campus. Here, an international team conducts insect research, complemented by an information center with an archive and library.
