Graphic Designer (Pendidikan)

Job Description As a Graphic Designer at Sempoa SIP Group, you will create engaging and brand-aligned visual materials that communicate our programs effectively to parents and children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on Sempoa SIP Group, our programs, target audience, competitors, and relevant design trends before developing concepts.
• Create creative and engaging visual materials for social media, digital ads, promotional campaigns, events, and internal company needs.
• Translate briefs into strong visual concepts while ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity and communication style.
• Proactively provide fresh design ideas, references, and visual recommendations instead of relying only on existing templates.
• Collaborate with relevant teams and handle revisions effectively while maintaining design quality and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A strong portfolio is more important than previous industry experience.
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or other design tools.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colors, branding, and social media design.
• Creative, detail-oriented, open to feedback, and able to handle multiple design tasks.

Work Details Placement: Karawaci, Tangerang Working days: Monday to Friday Working hours: 08.00 AM – 05.00 PM On-site position
