Job Description :
- Guide children through early academic, social and emotional development.
- Design and run creative, age-appropriate daily activities.
- Teach letters using phonic, numbers using abacus and simple science.
- Track progress and identify learning challenges.
- Share updates and discuss child development with parents.
- Maintain a clean, secure room and watch students during recess.
- Follow internal training, assessment and excercise.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum education Bachelor of Early Education, Math, Science, Psicology or other with minimum 1 year working experience as a teacher (Fresh graduate is welcomed as well).
- Speaking English is a mandatory requirement.
- Love childhood environment.
- Proactive, cheerful, creative and strong character relating to early childhood education.
- Great communication, team management and public speaking skills.
- Able to motivate students to success.
- Managing high-energy environments and handling emotional outbursts or behavioral shifts calmly.
- Engineering tactile, engaging games, storytelling methods, and artistic projects to maintain short attention spans
- Willing to be relocated to other Training Center.
