Marketing Executive

Semec Enterprise Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore playground specialist involved in the design and delivery of innovative playgrounds, outdoor fitness facilities and recreational spaces.

We are looking for a creative, organised and outgoing Marketing & Business Development Executive to support our marketing and consultant engagement activities.

Working closely with our designers, you will help prepare attractive proposals and presentations, keep in touch with architects and consultants, organise product-sharing sessions, and create content showcasing our products and projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D proposals, presentation decks and marketing materials using design concepts, renderings and product information provided by our designers.
• Maintain regular contact with architects and consultants to learn about upcoming projects and coordinate follow-up support with our team.
• Assist in organising product presentations, consultant-sharing sessions and marketing events.
• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Visit completed project sites to capture photographs and videos for marketing purposes.
• Update product brochures, company profiles, project references and mailing lists.
• Assist with email campaigns, new product launches and other related marketing activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, Architecture, Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Good visual sense and proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Canva.
• Good written and spoken English, with confidence in communicating with clients and consultants.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable following up with people.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with our team.
• Knowledge of Adobe design software, photography or basic video editing would be an advantage.
• An interest in design, playgrounds or the built environment would be a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
