MEP Draftsman

We are seeking a skilled MEP Draftsman to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings to support various construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP drawings and plans using CAD software for construction projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Review and update existing MEP designs to incorporate changes and improvements.
• Ensure all designs comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with various teams to resolve technical issues during the drafting process.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions for easy reference.
• Proven 10 experience as an MEP Draftsman in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of UAE construction codes and standards is highly desirable.
• Relevant diploma or certification in drafting, engineering, or related fields.
