Electrical Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical team on construction projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee electrical installations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate with other trades to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the electrical team on construction sites.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Lead installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and components.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other contractors to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion.
• Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and ensure compliance with codes.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and daily progress reports.
• Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices to enhance team performance.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards in the UAE.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Relevant electrical trade license or certification.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai with flexible hours as needed.
