Purpose and Scope
Assist the HSE Officer in coordinating daily project safety activities, ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements and Sembcorp HSE requirements.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the HSE Officer in the management and implementation of the Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) management system
- Conduct inspections to identify any non-compliances in the worksite and raise reports on follow-up actions including monitoring the compliance of such actions
- Coordinate and conduct HSE training programmes, campaigns, emergency drills and other HSE related activities.
- Maintain records of HSE documentation (e.g., inspection reports, training records, incident investigation reports, etc.).
- Facilitate incident investigation with the project team
- Work closely with project team and provide advice on HSE matters
- Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by Management
Requirements
- WSQ Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health or Certificate in Safety Coordinator Training Course
- Relevant Safety & Health Certificates, including Lifting Supervisor, Confined Space Assessor, etc.
- Due to the sensitive nature of the job, only Singaporean candidates will be considered.
