Your tasks
As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Hospitality Application Support Consultant to strengthen the team of Garsonista, our cloud platform for hospitality businesses.
What you will do
- Support customers using Garsonista.
- Configure the system according to the needs of each business.
- Train new customers and partners on how to use the application.
- Diagnose and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Collaborate with product development teams to improve the application.
- Participate in the creation of user manuals and training material.
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Good knowledge of computers and new technologies.
- Very good communication skills.
- Organizational skills and responsibility.
- Willingness to learn and evolve.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Good knowledge of English.
The following will be considered additional qualifications
- Previous experience in software support.
- Experience in hospitality (waiter, bar, cashier, store manager, etc.).
- Knowledge of POS systems or cashier applications.
- Studies in Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
