Requirements
Required qualifications
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi.
- Experience in the installation and configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Good knowledge of Windows and basic knowledge of Windows Server.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve network and computer problems.
- Familiarity with remote support tools.
- Good knowledge of English.
Desired qualifications
- Experience with MikroTik, Ubiquiti, or Cisco.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, and VLANs.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 and virtualization.
- Previous experience in business technical support.
