Artificial Intelligence Coordinator

Business Unit: Sem Parar Work location: Pinheiros - SP. Work model: Hybrid 2x3 (going to the office twice a week) Mission of the area you will work in: We are looking for a professional to lead the Artificial Intelligence front, coordinating the strategy, governance, and expansion of AI solutions within Sem Parar.

Objectives of the role you will perform: The professional will be the strategic link between the BRAINS COE, the business units (B2C and B2B), and the support areas, ensuring that AI initiatives generate value, respect ethical, security, and compliance guidelines, and are aligned with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities and assignments AI Strategy and Governance Coordinate the execution of the corporate AI strategy defined by leadership. Structure and evolve policies, frameworks, and AI usage standards in the organization. Ensure adherence to ethics, privacy, security, and responsible use guidelines. Evaluate technical, regulatory, reputational, and operational risks of initiatives. Support compliance with LGPD, internal norms, and regulatory requirements. AI Portfolio Management Administer the corporate pipeline of AI initiatives and projects. Establish processes for ideation, evaluation, prioritization, and approval. Ensure traceability of initiatives from POCs to production. Define governance criteria for pilots, MVPs, and scaling. Monitor the evolution and impact of ongoing projects. Coordination of BRAINS COE and Programs Work in close collaboration with the BRAINS COE in structuring solutions. Coordinate the AI Champions Program (B2C and B2B waves). Facilitate the dissemination of knowledge and AI best practices. Support the formation of internal AI communities of practice. Tool and Model Management Maintain the corporate catalog of approved AI tools, platforms, and models. Coordinate technical and risk assessment of new vendors and solutions. Support integrations with Microsoft platforms (Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform). Act with Procurement, Legal, Information Security, and Architecture in partner validation. Committees and Executive Forums Coordinate monitoring and approval rites for AI initiatives. Prepare materials, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and C-Level. Promote alignment between business, technology, legal, and compliance areas. Manage minutes, decisions, and follow-ups of the committees. Adoption, Culture, and Impact Lead communication campaigns on responsible AI use. Support training and workshops for corporate capacity building. Define and monitor metrics for adoption and organizational AI maturity. Communicate success cases and lessons learned. Indicators and Reporting Build executive dashboards for governance, adoption, and impact. Monitor KPIs: value generated, compliance, risks, solution utilization. Prepare periodic reports for directors and committees. Propose continuous improvements to the governance model.

Requirements and qualifications It is essential that you have: Higher education in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Experience with Technology, Data, and/or Artificial Intelligence Governance (minimum 3 years). Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks in IT. Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary corporate initiatives. Knowledge of LGPD, privacy, and information security. Strong executive communication and influence skills. Generative AI Platforms: OpenAI (ChatGPT Enterprise, GPT APIs). Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio). Azure OpenAI Service. Azure AI Services. LLM models and Agentic AI architectures. RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) frameworks. Vectorization and knowledge bases for corporate AI. Fluent English.

Not mandatory, but it would be amazing if you have: Post-graduate degree or MBA in AI, Data, Governance, or Digital Transformation. Certifications in AI, Governance, Security, or Responsible AI. Experience with frameworks such as NIST AI Risk Management, ISO 42001, or similar. Experience in fintechs, payment methods, or large corporate environments. Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (Copilot for Enterprise, Azure AI, Power Platform). Practical knowledge of language models (LLMs) and their corporate applications. Exposure to agile methodologies and technology portfolio management.
