Business Unit: Sem Parar Work location: São Paulo/SP Work model: Hybrid 2x3 (going to the office twice a week) Mission of the area you will work in: Structure and govern Corpay's creative systems, ensuring visual consistency, scalability, and quality in content production across different channels and markets. Objectives of the role you will perform: Develop the visual architecture of the operation through design systems, frameworks, playbooks, and creative guidelines that guide content production, strengthen brand positioning, and ensure creative governance. Responsibilities and assignments Develop scalable visual identity systems, templates, and graphic components. Create playbooks, guidelines, and design frameworks for the standardization of creative production. Act as an art direction reference, translating strategies into consistent visual solutions. Structure creative review processes and quality criteria for the materials produced. Research trends and propose continuous improvements for the evolution of the brand experience. Requirements and qualifications It is essential that you have: Advanced or fluent English. Experience in the creation and management of Design Systems. Solid knowledge in Branding and visual identity construction. Experience with video, Motion Design, and Digital Design. Experience in creative governance, definition of standards, and visual direction. Not mandatory, but it will be amazing if you have: Experience in the creation of creative playbooks and frameworks. Working in high-scale content production environments. Experience with asset libraries and template management. Experience supporting multidisciplinary creative teams. Strong monitoring of trends and innovation in design.
