Senior Procurement Analyst
Business Unit: Sem Parar Work location: Pinheiros/SP Work model: Hybrid 2x3 (going to the office twice a week) Area mission: To ensure strategic and sustainable negotiations for the company, developing suppliers, managing contracts, and building logistical solutions that support business growth with efficiency, quality, and risk control. Job objectives: To act as the person responsible for strategic procurement related to the logistics category, conducting complex negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship management, in addition to supporting the integration of local operations with the organization's global structure.
Responsibilities and duties Conduct strategic negotiations with suppliers and logistics operators. Manage contracts and monitor compliance with commercial agreements. Develop procurement strategies seeking cost reduction and risk mitigation. Act in partnership with internal areas to ensure supply and operational efficiency. Participate in meetings and projects with global teams using English in a corporate environment.
Requirements and qualifications It is essential that you have: Completed Higher Education in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Foreign Trade, Economics, or related fields. Solid experience as a Senior Buyer or equivalent position. Strong experience with Logistics procurement (freight, carriers, logistics operators, and logistics contracts). Experience in high-complexity negotiations and Strategic Sourcing. Advanced English (participation in international meetings and interaction with global teams).
Not mandatory, but it will be amazing if you have: Post-graduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Business Management. Knowledge of Power BI. Experience in cost reduction and logistics optimization projects. Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, or similar. Experience in a global corporate environment.
