Mid-Level Purchasing Analyst | Performance
Business Unit: Sem Parar Work location: Pinheiros/SP Work model: Hybrid 2x3 (going to the office twice a week) Area mission: Transform data into strategic information to support decision-making in the Purchasing area, contributing to value generation, continuous process improvement, operational efficiency, and identification of business opportunities. Job objectives: Act as an analytical reference within the Purchasing area, consolidating indicators, developing dashboards, and generating insights that support negotiations, supplier management, area productivity, and results monitoring.
Responsibilities and duties Conduct purchasing processes for materials and services, from quotation to negotiation and contracting. Develop market, supplier, and cost reduction opportunity analyses. Create, update, and automate dashboards and management reports in Power BI. Consolidate and process databases using advanced Excel for the generation of indicators and executive analyses. Support leadership in decision-making through analyses and monitoring of Purchasing area KPIs.
Requirements and qualifications It is essential that you have: Higher education in progress or completed in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Supplies, Data Science, or related fields. Previous experience in Purchasing or Supplies. Advanced Excel with experience in manipulating and consolidating databases. Intermediate or advanced Power BI for building dashboards and indicators. English for participation in meetings and interactions with global teams.
Not mandatory, but it will be amazing if you have: Experience working with Purchasing Performance or Procurement Analytics. Knowledge of savings, compliance, lead time, and supplier performance indicators. Experience in building management reports and executive presentations. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to productivity and data analysis. Experience in corporate environments with strong interface between areas.
