Senior Infrastructure Analyst

We are looking for a professional to act as a technical reference in IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of the company's technological environment, including networks, servers, Microsoft 365, identities, endpoints, and technical support.

Responsibilities and assignmentsMain responsibilities:Administer network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and internet links;Act in cybersecurity, with vulnerability management, EDR, security policies, patch management, and incident response;Administer Microsoft 365 environment, Active Directory, and Entra ID/Azure AD, including identity management, access, MFA, and GPOs;Act as level 3 support, solving higher complexity incidents and supporting N1/N2 teams;Manage endpoint infrastructure, equipment, licenses, and IT assets;Perform technical management of suppliers, contracts, costs, and IT projects;Participate in global projects and interact directly with the Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams at the headquarters in France;Support business continuity initiatives, backup, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement.

Requirements and qualificationsMain requirements:Completed higher education in IT, Networks, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields;Solid experience with Microsoft Infrastructure (Active Directory, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365);Experience with network security, firewall, EDR, and vulnerability management;Experience with service desk, N3 support, and SLA management;Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and concepts, LGPD, ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS;Intermediate/advanced English, for interaction with the headquarters in France and reading technical documentation.
