Applications / Digitalization / Architecture & Delivery – Düsseldorf
Your Mission
Reporting directly to the CIO, you will lead Circet Germany’s business applications, digitalization roadmap and IT delivery capabilities.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Applications & Digitalisation
You manage the business-critical applications landscape, including ERP / Dynamics 365, CRM, analytics, automation and integrations.
You define the digitalization roadmap and identify pragmatic AI and automation opportunities.
Architecture & Delivery
You lead key IT and digital programmes, define architecture and delivery standards, and ensure clear prioritization and measurable results.
You lead project managers, business analysts and delivery resources, translating business needs into pragmatic and scalable solutions.
Governance & Stakeholders
You manage external partners, budgets, risks and delivery quality, and handle functional escalations for business-critical applications.
You work closely with senior business leaders and with Infrastructure, Security and IT Support, which remain outside the operational scope of the role.
Your Profile
Education & Languages
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics.
Experience in telecoms, infrastructure, automation or AI-enabled business solutions would be an advantage.
Experience & Expertise
Several years of experience in applications management, digital transformation, enterprise architecture or technical programme management.
Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integration, data and architecture; experience with Dynamics 365 and familiarity with technologies such as MuleSoft, Power BI / Fabric, Azure, UiPath or Salesforce.
Leadership & Delivery
Proven ability to structure and deliver IT transformation programmes in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, with a pragmatic and business-oriented approach.
Your personality will make the difference: strategic thinker, hands-on and business-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, commitment, analytical and synthesis skills, excellent communication, versatility, and adaptability.
Fluency in both German and English is required.
