Customer Service Agent - Temporary Oaxaca

At SelectaHR, we are supporting one of our clients, a car rental company, in the search for a Customer Service Agent.

Functions:

• Attend to customers from different segments at terminal counters, providing information and directing customers with reservations to the shuttle for transport to the agency lot.
• Maximize customer satisfaction by directing their after-sales demand to the responsible departments.
• Contribute to the growth and profitability of the branch through the acquisition of new customers arriving at the terminals.
• Offer vehicle rental services to customers, passengers, and visitors, ensuring the generation of sales directly at the service point, with extensive information on insurance, add-ons, costs, etc.
• Prospect and close vehicle rental sales through digital channels and social networks, following the commercial strategy and acquisition guidelines defined by the Marketing and Sales areas.
• Contribute to the agency achieving high levels of customer satisfaction by providing friendly and differentiated service.

Working Day:

• 8 hours of work, with 30 minutes for meals within the shift.
• Monday to Sunday, with 1 day off during the week.

Shifts:

Oaxaca Centro / 2 morning and afternoon shifts (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and Aeropuerto Oaxaca converge with operations starting at 6 a.m. and ending at 11 p.m. (8-hour shift)

Salary:

$18,840.71 monthly gross base salary $1,712.79 monthly gross attendance bonus

Requirements:

• Completed high school, with certificate. Degree desirable.
• Valid driver's license / driving manual cars (desirable).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in face to face sales, customer service, reception, sale of add-ons/products, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Experience in information gathering and optimal use of computer and Office.
• Excellent presentation.
• Availability to rotate schedules and work weekends.
• Language: conversational English (mandatory).
