Sales Support Customer Service – Part time (Nov 2026 to Feb 2027)

Job Scope Assist the Catering Sales team in processing orders and preparing quotations. Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in the system. Liaise with customers on order confirmations, amendments, and delivery details. Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and other sales-related documents. Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally. Provide general administrative support to the Catering Sales team. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirement: Experience in a similar role providing Sales Support and Customer Service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt communication style to suit different customer interaction Strong multitasking and task prioritisation abilities.
