Industrial Methods Technician (M/F)
Job Description:
On a daily basis, you ensure the maintenance and updating of reference technical documentation (BOMs, process sheets, test reports, work cards, etc.) and ensure its correct application on the shop floor.
You support the workshop teams by providing operational technical assistance, analyzing problems encountered, and proposing suitable solutions.
You actively contribute to industrialization projects and the extension of repair capacities by ensuring the drafting and evolution of methods documents, the design, optimization, implementation, and validation of tooling, as well as the technical monitoring of subcontracting and the coordination of internal stakeholders.
Proactive, you leverage your CAD skills to optimize tooling and industrial means, and you participate in continuous improvement processes by identifying discrepancies, making processes more reliable, and sustainably securing industrial practices.
Profile Description:
With a Bac +2/3 degree in aeronautics, you have initial experience in a similar position with a mechanical component. Experience in an MRO environment would be appreciated.
At ease on the shop floor, you are recognized for your pragmatism, your ability to adapt, and your team spirit. Your sense of observation, rigor, and reactivity allow you to intervene effectively within the workshops.
You possess CAD skills or an interest in technical design, allowing you to participate in the design, improvement, and reliability of tooling.
You will work in an international context: technical English is part of your daily routine, both for documentation and for exchanges with OEMs or during audits.
The position is to be filled on a 35-hour contract over 4.5 days.
