Automation and Industrial Vision Technician (M/F)

Job Description:

Under the responsibility of the Reliability Manager, you will be required to organize and plan actions concerning your equipment fleet: programmable logic controllers, drives, HMI interfaces, industrial PCs, robots, and vision machines.

Your main missions: Troubleshoot automation, robots, and vision control machines after unsuccessful interventions by 3*8 repair technicians or other technicians Record correct operating parameters and ensure the tracking of modifications (GMAO) Troubleshoot interfaces between PLCs, displays, drives, actuators, supervisions, or industrial communication protocols Compile technical files with operating procedures (replacement of PLCs or other electronic components) Manage the fleet of PLCs, drives, HMI, PCI, and the functional availability of spare parts Replace faulty hardware and perform parameterization if needed, prepare and configure hardware beforehand if needed Follow up on tests after modifications and return to production, ensure traceability of actions taken Maintain up-to-date documentation (plans, networks, electrical wiring, automation) and manage data backups Ensure that the level of safety is not degraded following interventions performed Perform technological monitoring.

Long-term temporary mission, 3*8 shifts (possibility of 2*8 or night shifts). Position based near St Pair/Mer.

Salary: starting from 33K€ gross annual (depending on profile).

Profile Description:

With a Bac+2 level of education, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Your field of expertise: Mastery of automation, mainly Siemens Tia Portal > version 17 Vision instrumentation, field Knowledge of industrial communication protocols Knowledge of Kuka robotics and vision systems Electrical authorizations Design of diagrams, mastery of 'SEE Electrical Expert' software Knowledge of hydraulics, thermal, and regulation Mastery of technical English
