Supply Chain Organization and Methods Manager - Aeronautics (M/F)

Job Description:

As part of this 4-month replacement mission, based in Marignane, you are in charge of: End-to-End Responsibility: A to Z management of the monitoring of mechanical parts and assemblies; Cross-functional Animation: Global coordination and animation of cross-functional subjects and projects between different professions; Interface Management: Acting as an active link between the Bureau d'Études (BE), Preparation / Engineering, Quality teams (SQM), Procurement, and external suppliers; Problem Solving: Daily exchanges (in-person and videoconferences) to address technical blocking points, misunderstandings of subjects, or schedule deviations; Long-term Steering: Rigorous monitoring of a portfolio of more than 300 references (part numbers). A typical day may be structured as follows: Review and listing of mechanical parts / assemblies to be animated; Arbitration and definition of action priorities; Clarification and alignment of technical and logistical interfaces (BE, Suppliers); Animation of meetings and operational follow-up with stakeholders. Expected Experience: Context: Cross-functional management and animation in the mechanical field; Technical Expertise & Environment: Solid knowledge of mechanical part manufacturing (machining, assemblies) and the Supply Chain environment; Field Experience: Previous experience in the external Supply Chain world (procurement, SQM, bureau d'études, preparation engineering); Production Management: Practice in managing manufacturing schedules and industrial production.

Profile Description:

With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in aeronautics. Expected Skills: Tools: Proficiency in SAP is appreciated; GSuite; English: Fluent level / very comfortable (animation and active participation in weekly meetings in English); Interpersonal Skills: Fluid communication, proactive posture, great listening capacity, and ease in frequent exchanges; Cross-functional Leadership: Ability to animate and move forward stakeholders without a direct hierarchical link; Rigor & Organization: Ability to steer a large volume of references in a structured manner (300+ part numbers); Team: Integrated into a global team of 30 people, with a dedicated hub of 7 Work Package Managers.
