Industrial Project Manager (M/F)
Job Description:
Your main missions
Pre-project & Cost Estimation Be the installation referent during calls for tenders: define the subcontracting strategy and estimate resources (human, material, deadlines). Identify site constraints (access, co-activity) and evaluate risks (HSE, logistics). Provide a 'field' perspective from the design stage to ensure the reliability of costs and commitments.
Preparation & Organization (The operational architect) Define installation methods and the general phasing of construction sites. Develop the complete preparation file (site folder, installation plans, PPSPS/Risk analyses). Validate the assembly means, equipment, and necessary PPE.
HSE Management & Audit (The compliance guarantor) Manage the establishment of safety plans for all construction sites. Conduct site audits to identify discrepancies and deploy corrective actions. Promote the safety culture and ensure the application of HSE requirements across our European sites.
Continuous Improvement (The performance driver) Structure preparation standards (costing tools, checklists, processes). Manage the site supply chain in connection with the Purchasing department. Capitalize on Lessons Learned (REX) to optimize future projects in terms of costs and deadlines.
Profile Description:
You have an engineering degree (generalist, mechanical, industrialization, or equivalent). Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience on industrial projects or sites: equipment installation, setting up production lines, assembly lines, special machines, etc. Excellent writing, analysis, organization, and structuring skills.
Professional English required (international client environment).
Occasional mobility to client sites (France / Europe depending on projects).
