Legal Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Contract: CDI (Forfait jours)

Location: Toulouse (31)

Remuneration: 60 k€ - 70 k€ (depending on profile) + variable

Your missions: You draft and analyze complex commercial contracts on a European scale, providing your expertise to sales and operational teams, notably through the issuance of legal support.

You manage pre-litigation files and commercial disputes and manage the actions of external advisors and lawyers if necessary.

You supervise corporate matters for the various entities within the scope and provide your expertise on tax and regulatory law matters.

You ensure the global protection of the group's assets through the monitoring of trademarks, patents, and IP rights.

In addition, you intervene in cross-functional projects related to compliance, GDPR regulation, and the conduct of certification audits.

Finally, as a legal referent, you lead internal training sessions to raise awareness among operational teams regarding best practices and regulatory developments.

Profile Description:

Your profile: With higher education in law (Bac+5), you benefit from 5 to 10 years of experience, ideally within an ETI or an SME of international scale.

A true Business Partner, your leadership, diplomacy, and agility make you a collaborator recognized for your ability to work transversally.

You demonstrate a real aptitude for navigating between a strategic vision and operational proximity.

Mastery of English is indispensable to evolve in this international context.
