HSE Manager in Manufacturing Industry (M/F)

Job Description:

Reporting to the site management, you will autonomously drive the risk prevention policy and instill a true safety culture on a daily basis.

You will deploy and implement the HSE management system, lead its performance review with the management committee, and propose key indicators as well as continuous improvement themes adapted to the site's challenges.

You will ensure regulatory monitoring, assess the site's compliance, lead self-assessments to identify gaps, and co-construct corrective solutions with the operational teams.

You will develop innovative tools to strengthen the HSE culture among all operational staff, participate in the sectoral skills development plan, and coordinate internal communication on these topics.

You will organize the management of emergency situations, lead root cause analyses in the event of an accident or incident, and structure the appropriate corrective and preventive action plans.

You will conduct the various HSE audits of the site, ensure rigorous follow-up of action plans, and prepare the necessary technical elements for meetings with staff representatives (CSSCT). You will lead cross-functional projects at the site scale and centralize the collection as well as the archiving of key data on the group's reporting tools.

Profile Description:

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) specializing in HSE, you have a minimum of 2 years of equivalent experience in an industrial environment,

Knowledge of the HSE tools and methodologies necessary to assess and prevent safety and environmental risks and impacts: risk analysis, data collection, problem-solving, etc. Knowledge of national regulations and specific standards related to the scope of the activity.

Intermediate level of English, both oral and written.

Autonomy, rigor, and ease of communication are indispensable assets to successfully carry out these missions.
