Finance Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Budget construction and monitoring, presentation/validation to the company's shareholders and lenders

Semi-annual update of the company's Operational Financial Model in connection with the Commercial Council, shareholders, and financial analysts. Validation with the company's shareholders and lenders.

Construction and monitoring of all ad-hoc financial Reporting upon request from shareholders

Relationship with the lender pool to ensure the sustainability of financing

Guarantor of the accounts, main contact for the CAC

Main interlocutor for occasional missions of the project company (waiver, refinancing, financial simulations, etc.) Maintenance of a fluid process for received/issued invoicing

Management and projection of cash flow, cash investments, and debt repayments

Compliance with financing documentation (management of banking ratios and covenants, monitoring of financing coverage, compliance with contractual deadlines, etc.) Management of the entire closing process, including steering the accounting department (Cut-off, calculation of provisions, asset valuation, tax control, construction of the 3 main financial statements: Balance Sheet, P&L, TFT, variance analysis vs Budget, direct Reporting to shareholders)

Performance of management control for the company on the Main Perimeter as well as on the Annex Perimeter

Reliability of data uploaded into the EPM to ensure the accuracy of financial reportings

Profile Description:

With a higher education background (Master's level / Bac +5) from a Business School, Engineering School, University, or equivalent, you are specialized in corporate finance.

You have 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance (Finance Manager, Financial or Management Controller, Financial Audit, Business Analyst). You are comfortable with the analysis of financial statements and basic accounting principles. Experience in project finance is required.

A professional level of English is required for this position.
