Production Manager / Director (M/F)

Job Description:

Your Missions and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Production Manager, you hold a key position that combines industrial performance management and managerial support to the production department.

Support for Department Management: Acting as a solid technical support for your manager, you assist them in the global management of the Production department, intervening from the definition of industrial objectives to the operational management of resources.

Optimization and Continuous Improvement: You orchestrate the improvement of production processes with the aim of increasing productivity, reducing costs, and guaranteeing an optimal level of quality.

Analysis and Strategy: You monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily basis, analyze variances, and identify levers for improvement. You design and manage concrete action plans for industrial performance.

Standardization and Transversal Support: You actively contribute to the standardization of operating procedures and the creation of adequate support materials. You ensure the interface and coordination with support services (Methods, Design Office, Quality, etc.

Profile Description:

Education: Engineer degree or Master's degree (Bac +5) in production or Industrial Engineering.

Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in industrialization, industrial performance, or production, ideally acquired within an SME.

Technical Skills: Mastery of Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.

Excellent practice of Pack Office, especially Excel.

English required to operate in an international environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit, with ease in transversal work and industrial project management.
