Production Department Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

On behalf of a major international industrial group in the pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for a production manager.

Reporting to the production management, you will lead all operations within your sector, which comprises a team of approximately eighty employees, in order to achieve the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance in a particularly demanding and regulated environment. In close collaboration with the Quality Assurance and Engineering teams, you will implement the site's industrial strategy and guarantee the achievement of objectives regarding costs, deadlines, and customer satisfaction. On a daily basis, you will support the organization's transformation towards an operational excellence model by instilling a culture of rigor and continuous improvement, while ensuring the management of anomalies and the monitoring of associated progress plans.

A proven leader, you will animate and develop your direct management team while ensuring the control and mitigation of risks inherent to your scope. You will actively participate in defining long-term strategic directions, propose and manage the annual forecast budget, the investment plan, and the workforce forecast plan. It is also your responsibility to organize operational activities, arbitrate the allocation of resources, and determine the action programs prior to the integration or transfer of new products and industrial equipment.

Profile Description:

Holding a Master's degree (Bac +5), such as an engineer or pharmacist, you have proven experience in production management within a demanding industrial environment. You stand out through your leadership, your power of influence, your dynamism, and your strong culture of performance and quality. You enjoy challenging established habits in a positive spirit and must imperatively master English, both spoken and written, to succeed in this strategic position.
