Industrial Unit Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Reporting to the Manager, you play a key role in the technical management of the operational unit. You guarantee the optimization and proper functioning of production equipment in order to achieve performance objectives. As true support for the set-up technician team, you actively contribute to continuous improvement, productivity, and the technical animation of the UHP.

Your mission will be to: Autonomously coordinate technical operations and product/process trials; Guarantee the proper functioning of equipment and participate in the validation of means; Analyze performance gaps and implement technical and organizational improvement actions; Coordinate preventive maintenance operations with technical services (Méthodes, GTO); Participate in the analysis of customer complaints and internal non-conformities.

This position, based in LE VAUDREUIL, is available for a mission with a duration of 4 months.

The gross annual remuneration is to be negotiated according to your experience.

Profile Description:

With a Bac+2 degree in the field of production or equivalent, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Technical English (reading and writing documents, email exchanges); Autonomy, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills and communication sense.
