Embedded Systems Engineer (M/F)

Job Description:

Reporting to the Firmware design office, you will intervene in the entire development cycle of embedded software (from specification to production).

Development & Design: Participate in the coding and testing of embedded software modules, from high-level functional to low-level. Complex Architecture: Design multiprocessor architectures and manage communication protocols (TCP/IP, CAN BUS, RS232). Quality & Documentation: Write technical documentation (specifications, test and production files) in compliance with coding rules and current standards. Automation & Control: Develop control/command functionalities for actuators (motors, solenoid valves) and sensor reading via finite state machines. Monitoring & Innovation: Ensure technological monitoring to propose innovative solutions and maintain a high level of technical expertise on products.

The position is available as a 6-month CDD near Montpellier (North). The proposed gross annual compensation is between 45 k and 55 k €.

Profile Description:

Graduate of higher education (Master's degree/Bac+5) in embedded computing or Firmware, you have a profile with at least 8 years of experience in embedded software development.

Languages: C and C++ (object-oriented)

Environments & OS: RTOS Zephyr and/or Linux Yocto (with system customization)

Tools & Methods: Mastery of industrialization principles and the complete development cycle

Languages: Professional English (reading, writing, speaking)
