Naval Engineer (M/F)
Job Description:
You actively contribute to maintaining the fleet's operational readiness.
You participate in the definition and deployment of the company's maintenance strategy.
You ensure the rigorous application of safety, service quality, and environmental performance standards.
You provide your technical expertise to the Exploitation Department, particularly in crisis situations.
You ensure the technical management of one or more vessels within the allocated budgets.
You lead the monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance for the vessels.
You become the primary point of contact for onboard commanders, chief engineers, and second captains.
You coordinate exchanges and actions between the vessels and the headquarters teams.
You guarantee the maintenance and monitoring of the vessels' class certifications.
You analyze the technical needs of the crews and support their implementation in the field.
You deploy the company's procurement policy for the benefit of the vessels.
You actively contribute to the application of the environmental policy onboard.
Profile Description:
You possess an engineering degree or a Master's degree (Bac +5) in the maritime, naval, or mechanical field.
You have perfect knowledge of shipbuilding as well as the regulations applicable to passenger ships.
You are proficient in using CMMS tools for monitoring technical installations and equipment.
You move with ease in demanding technical environments.
You know how to analyze complex issues methodically.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, particularly technical and maritime vocabulary.
You demonstrate rigor, organization, and a strong analytical spirit on a daily basis.
