Aeronautical MRO Maintenance Engineer (M/F)

Job Description:

Main Missions Operational Steering & Performance (KPI): Supervise daily workshop flows (inspections, tests, repairs, standard exchanges). Ensure strict compliance with delivery deadline objectives (Turn Around Time - TAT, on-time deliveries) and competitiveness (productivity, budget management). Management and Development: Lead, motivate, and engage your teams. Drive skill development, HR processes (interviews, objectives), and increase workshop resilience through the deployment of cross-training and multi-skilling.

Regulatory Compliance, Quality & Safety: Act as the guarantor of maintaining strict aeronautical/technical approvals (e.g., PART 145, EMAR 145, EN9100) and fulfill the Form 4 function.

Monitor and challenge the effectiveness of quality barriers to prevent any non-compliant delivery.

Continuous Improvement & Transformation: Propose and implement structural changes to modernize the workshop in the medium term. Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities (non-quality, reduction of cycle times, digitalization of flows, and administrative automation). International Cooperation & Customer Relations: Actively collaborate with other international entities or subsidiaries to share and deploy best practices. Ensure a senior presence during exchanges with strategic customers.

Profile Description:

Profile Engineer by training (Master's degree). Experience: You have solid experience in managing a profit center or an MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) workshop, governed by PART 145 regulations.

Languages: Fluent English is imperative to interact with customers, authorities, and group entities internationally.
