Process Methods and Continuous Improvement Engineer (M/F)

Job Description:

You lead improvement projects, such as Kaizen workshops and working groups, in order to improve process efficiency. You analyze production problems and implement corrective actions in close collaboration with the teams on the ground.

You support teams through changes related to product evolutions, you adjust production rates and adapt workstations, including their layout and tooling. You optimize production means, define, order, and implement the necessary equipment. You also monitor external service providers and ensure the proper use of resources.

In addition, you are in charge of documentation and training. You create and maintain up-to-date documentation for workstations and information systems. You train and support production teams on new procedures. Finally, you ensure compliance by auditing adherence to processes to guarantee the achievement of performance objectives.

Profile Description:

You are an industrial engineering engineer and have at least 2 years of experience in the sector, including apprenticeships.

You possess solid knowledge in industrial mechanics, electricity, electronics, or automation. You master continuous improvement and project management techniques. Knowledge of ergonomics would be an asset. You have excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to lead teams, communicate, and train your collaborators. Finally, you are comfortable with information systems, particularly the Office 365 suite, and you speak professional English.
