Aeronautical Test Engineer (M/F)

Job Description:

As part of this 6-month mission (which will likely be renewed up to 18 months), based in Marignane, you will be responsible for: Interacting with teams (Measurement Technicians, Flight Test Engineers, Design Office Engineers) to determine the instrumentation required to perform tests; Processing data recorded during test flights, analyzing and providing the synthesis and results of flight data; Participating in research and development tests for the development of helicopter prototypes, integrated into the flight test analysis service; Providing, within deadlines and costs and with the required quality, reliable measurement results and test reports necessary for the development and certification/qualification of government and national products; Working in collaboration with various flight test stakeholders (crew, instrumentation specialists, data processing), studies (business specialists, projects), or external parties (equipment suppliers, official services); Participating in the preparation of tests to be carried out: supporting / challenging the test request process, ensuring the definition of the measurement plan including the selection of avionics and digital setups; Contributing to the nominal progress of tests, ensuring necessary follow-up; Validating and analyzing the various measurements performed and the numerous avionics lines; Presenting test results, creating appropriate syntheses; Writing test reports and certification / qualification documents.

You will intervene in numerous and varied fields: Avionics: autopilot, navigation systems, complex systems integration, understanding the description of avionics lines.

Vehicle: performance, flight qualities, propulsion group, thermal environment, vibrations, constraints, dynamics.

Profile Description:

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) oriented towards aeronautics or equivalent, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience (apprenticeships, internships in aeronautics accepted) in a similar position.
