Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement Engineer (M/F)
Job Description:
As part of an increase in activity, our client is looking for a Quality Assurance Technician for a 6-month temporary assignment, in order to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). Reporting to the Quality department, your missions will be to:
Ensure documentary monitoring and the update of the Quality Management System (QMS): standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure document archiving in accordance with applicable requirements.
Manage pre-releases.
Perform internal audits, analyze procedures, and identify the causes of observed deviations.
Monitor and verify the implementation of corrective and remediation action plans.
Participate in configuration management (CAD, CID) by integrating technical evolutions into the QMS.
Participate in the validation of manufacturing processes in collaboration with the technical department.
Contribute to the update of quality procedures.
Analyze non-conformities and implement associated corrective actions.
Administer the Electronic Document Management (EDM) software. Raise awareness and train newcomers on quality requirements.
Drive the resolution of problems related to quality deviations.
Profile Description:
With a Bac+2 level of education, you have 4 years of experience in industrial quality assurance, ideally in an aeronautical environment.
Good knowledge of normative, customer, and regulatory requirements.
Mastery of EN9100 and AS13100 standards.
Mastery of internal audit techniques.
Professional written English.
Mastery of Pack Office and EDM tools.
Knowledge of ERP, PLM, and MES systems.
Use of HR information systems.
