Documentation Manager (M/F)
Job Description:
In this position, you will join a team of three people and must manage the integration of engineering technical documentation - plans, maintenance-related documents, etc. - into the GED tools for all programs.
You must create "identity cards" (label, date, vessel concerned, program, etc.) from the data to facilitate the search for documentation in the database.
To do this, you must demonstrate rigor and respect the completeness requirements for the various fields to be filled in so that all information is well-structured and accessible.
This also involves controlling compliance with documentary formats and/or information to be integrated into the said database and having a certain interpersonal ease to be able to contact authors to specify if modifications are to be made if necessary.
In support and in a second stage, you may be required to participate in the monitoring of documentary deliverables to the client.
This position, based in BREST, is to be filled as part of a mission with an initial duration of 5 months.
The gross annual remuneration is provided for information purposes and will be adjusted according to your experience.
Profile Description:
With a Bac+2 level of education, you have proven successful experience in a documentation management position.
You are comfortable using IT tools and the entire Pack Office.
Basic proficiency in English is required as you may potentially be required to receive English documentation.
You demonstrate efficiency and rigor in your work.
