Insurance Contributions Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Within the Crédit Management department, you are in charge of Email Reminders (using Eloficash) for clients in France and abroad, specifically types such as hospitals and analysis laboratories. You perform telephone and email reminders. You carry out follow-ups with the sales managers of each zone. You perform the follow-up of disputes in connection with [them]. Proceed with the updating of information systems and perform the follow-up in the tools of all necessary information.

You are the guarantor of service quality and compliance with current processes. Alert your hierarchy of any observed anomalies or malfunctions and propose alternatives.

This position is available as an interim role in ASNIERES, GENNEVILLIERS, ACCESS RER C: les gresillons. The salary is 34 to 38 ke depending on experience. You benefit from RTT during the duration of the contract. The mission is to be filled as soon as possible for a duration of approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension.

Profile Description:

With a Bac+2 level of education, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in debt collection, ideally with hospitals (or public establishments). You practice the Pack Office, and use English at a professional level.
