Technical Trainer in Automotive Vehicle Maintenance (M/F)

Job Description:

Within the pedagogical team, you will design, either autonomously or in collaboration, modules, training materials, scenarios, and evaluations adapted to learners, while ensuring constant technological monitoring of products and technologies in the sector. You will rigorously prepare your sessions by analyzing key technical data and manage all logistics related to your interventions and travel. On a daily basis, you will lead training sessions intended for technicians in the distribution network, customer maintenance workshops, and internal teams, ensuring a positive and motivating group dynamic in compliance with the center's regulations. You will evaluate the skills acquired by trainees, ensure the transmission of closing administrative documents, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement process as well as the evolution of the center's pedagogical projects.

Profile Description:

Holding a BTS in Maintenance of Industrial or Automotive Vehicles (or with equivalent experience), you have a successful track record in Heavy Goods Vehicle or automotive dealerships as well as a successful first experience in the field of training. A true educator, you master the design of pedagogical sequences, possess solid technical skills in vehicle technology, and are proficient in the Pack Office. Recognized for your autonomy, organization, and teamwork skills, you demonstrate excellent listening skills, adaptability, and a natural technical curiosity. An intermediate level of English, possession of a Permis D, as well as certifications and authorizations related to technical training are indispensable to succeed in this position and ensure your regular travel within France and abroad.
