Maintenance and New Works Director (M/F)
Job Description:
Your Main Missions Maintenance Strategy & New Works Management
Develop and deploy the global maintenance policy (preventive, predictive, and curative) as well as the 3-5 year strategic roadmap.
Management of investment and modernization projects (New Works): definition of needs, installation, integration, and commissioning of new production lines/chains.
Deploy continuous improvement methodologies and monitor key performance indicators Leadership & Team Management
Lead, structure, and develop an organization of 50 people in a rapidly evolving environment.
Instill a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence Operational Performance & Digital Transformation
Maximize industrial equipment availability and optimize spare parts and stock management.
Accelerate process digitalization and the integration of maintenance 4.0 Budget Management & Subcontracting
Build and manage the department's global operating and investment budget.
Supervise the subcontracting strategy and the management of service provider contracts Safety, Quality & Compliance
Ensure strict compliance with current safety, environmental, and regulatory standards on site.
Gross annual fixed remuneration between €90k and €100k (depending on profile and experience) + Performance bonus of 8% of the annual salary.
Profile Description:
Engineering Degree (BAC+5) or university equivalent (Arts et Métiers, Industrial Engineering, Mechanics, Electrotechnics) Proven experience in maintenance and new works management within a demanding or multi-site industrial environment.
Technical skills: Mastery of preventive/predictive strategies, automated and electromechanical systems, Lean/TPM tools, and GMAO software. Fluent English.
