Real Estate Advisor (M/F)

Job Description:

As a Senior Real Estate Valuation Specialist, you will autonomously lead asset valuations for a national and international clientele. As a technical expert, you will also play a driving role in knowledge transfer and team mentoring.

Your main responsibilities: Direction of expertise: Conduct and oversee valuations of commercial assets (offices, retail, logistics, hospitality, data centers) and residential investment assets Audit process management: Perform on-site inspections and write reports; Analyze legal, technical, and financial documents (leases, urban planning, diagnostics); Conduct market studies and analyze benchmarks (rents, transactions); Design and audit financial models (Excel, Argus) by challenging assumptions; Write and validate valuation reports in French and English, according to professional standards Client relations: Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients (investors, banks, asset managers) Mentoring & Monitoring: Participate in sector monitoring and supervise junior profiles (work review, pedagogical follow-up) Close support and regular feedback to progressively and securely consolidate your autonomy.

Profile Description:

With a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in real estate or finance and 5 to 7 years of experience, you are proficient in modeling (Excel, ARGUS, AI), English (C1), and ideally RICS standards. Rigorous, autonomous, and holding a driver's license (Permis B), you combine excellent analytical skills with a natural aptitude for teamwork and mentoring junior profiles.
